We transformed a 1930’s original beach home in Avalon into a luxury beach home that embraces all of the most charming features

With open plan living and huge timber decks for relaxation, we created the ultimate entertaining space for contemporary, coastal family living with the addition of a large entertaining deck, and pool using Eco Outdoor finishes.

With a stunning elevated position, lush gardens and an expansive valley view and ocean glimpses, we wanted to maximise the connection to the outdoor space with an expansive sliding wall of glass allows effortless indoor/outdoor living.

Daniel and Viv have a large extended family and love to entertain. This home was customised with this in mind, opening seamlessly to wide timber decks for relaxation and creates an entertaining showpiece.
